Your store has one AI credit balance, used by the AI Section Builder and the admin assistant. It has two parts:
- This month's credits from your plan. They are used first and come back on the 1st of each month (India time).
- Bought credits from top-up packs. They are used after the month's credits and never expire while your store is open.

While a launch offer runs, the plan's monthly credits start from the first full-price month (as your message bundles do); bought credits work from day one.

A question to the section builder, and a request it cannot do, use nothing. A bigger action shows its price before it runs ("This uses 15 credits") and runs only when you press GO AHEAD.
The Meter
- The section builder's panel shows "120 of 150 credits left this month" (with bought credits: "… plus 500 bought").
- The admin assistant's panel shows the same under its question box.
- Wallet has the AI Credits card: this month, bought credits, What Each Action Uses, Used This Month by action, and the top-up packs.
- Settings › Billing shows each plan's monthly credits on its plan card.
Top Up
The AI Credits card on Wallet offers two packs:

- BUY WITH WALLET pays the pack from your wallet's balance at once ("500 credits added."). The wallet's statement shows it as AI credits.
- PAY ONLINE opens a payment page for the pack's price plus GST; when it is paid, the money goes to your wallet and buys the pack in the same moment, with Mercayo's tax invoice as for any top-up.
Buying needs the billing right (billing.manage); others see "Ask the store owner to top up credits."
At Zero
When there are not enough credits for an action, it is refused before anything runs: the panel says No Credits Left with TOP UP CREDITS. Nothing is ever charged without your top-up, and the balance never goes below zero.
Why a Change Can Cost Less, or Nothing
Credits are held when you send a request and confirmed when the change is saved. If the model does not answer, the change cannot be saved, or nothing changed, they all come back. If a bigger request turned out to be a small edit, only the small edit's credits are kept.
