Do you take a share of my sales?

No. Mercayo takes no fee on your orders on any plan. Online payments go to your own Razorpay account, which charges its own fee.

Can I move from Shopify, WooCommerce or Dukaan?

Yes. Upload their export files: products, variants, pictures and customers are brought in after a preview, and you can add redirects from your old links.

Who owns my store's data?

You do. Download all of it as one ZIP whenever you want. Each store's data is kept apart by the database itself, and Mercayo's team enters your admin only when you ask, on the record.

Can I offer cash on delivery safely?

Yes. Set a COD fee and limit, block PIN codes, ask for a code on the shopper's phone, take a small advance online, and see a risk score with its reasons on every COD order.

How do I get help?

Every admin screen has help for that screen, the Help Centre has step-by-step guides, and you can raise a request from your admin. Growth and Scale also get WhatsApp chat with support.

Can I sell to businesses and run a marketplace too?

Yes. B2B tools are part of Growth and Scale and an add-on on Starter. The Marketplace plan adds sellers, commissions, payouts and GST TCS.

What happens after the free trial?

Your store stays private until you choose a plan. If you pay during the trial, the days left are added to your plan.
