How an Order Moves Through a Marketplace
Step 1
A seller signs up with PAN, GSTIN and bank details, and you approve them.
Step 2
Their products go live after your approval, on their own storefront page.
Step 3
A shopper's order splits into a shipment per seller, each invoiced under that seller's GSTIN.
Step 4
The seller ships, or you ship for them; returns are handled per seller.
Step 5
Your commission is taken, 1% GST TCS is collected, and the seller is paid from their ledger.
