Every Feature in Shipping
Each page explains what it does, how it works step by step, its settings and its limits today.
Delivery Charges
Set delivery methods, group states into zones, price by weight, give free delivery above an amount, and add rules for PIN codes, then test any PIN code.
READ MOREDelivery Dates by PIN Code
Shoppers type their PIN code on the product page and see the delivery dates and whether cash on delivery is available, from your own delivery rules.
READ MOREShipping Labels
Select orders, press GENERATE LABELS, and each gets a courier by your rule and an AWB, with one PDF of labels to print and pickups booked if you want.
READ MOREFailed Deliveries
When a courier cannot deliver, the case lands in one queue with its reason and deadline: ask for another attempt, send a new address, or call it back.
READ MOREOrder Tracking
Shoppers follow their order on your store's own page: order steps, the courier's timeline, the AWB, documents, and messages from your team.
READ MOREExchanges
Shoppers ask for an exchange from their order page, with a reason and, if you require it, an unboxing video; your team takes it step by step.
READ MOREReturns and Refunds
Let shoppers ask to return items for a refund; approve, receive and refund from one queue, with the GST credit note issued for you.
READ MOREPacking Slips
Print a packing slip for one order or up to 100 at once: the items with SKUs, the order note, gift messages and the cash to collect, never prices.
