- Built from Mercayo's own sections, so your store keeps every feature and every update. A section made for you becomes one every store can switch on.
- Your brand only: your name, logo and colours. Mercayo's name never appears in your design.
- If a yearly plan is refunded in its first year, the package's price is kept from the refund, as the subscription terms say.

About Plans, Billing and Design
How does the free store design work?
The first yearly payment of a store includes its package: Quick Start with Starter, Brand Store with Growth, Signature Store with Scale and Marketplace. You follow the job in Billing, see the mockups in your admin and approve them before we build.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, your brand colours if you have them, product photos and the product details (names, prices, sizes). We tell you if a photo needs a retake or a clean-up.
Will my store look like the demo stores?
Quick Start starts from one of the 15 designs and puts your brand on it. Brand Store and Signature Store start from your own direction. Every design is your brand, never Mercayo's.
Can I buy a design without a yearly plan?
Yes. Any package can be bought on its own from Billing, at its one-time price, on any plan.
I pay monthly. Do I get the design if I switch to yearly?
Yes, once per store, from your first yearly payment.
Can I change the design later?
Yes. Everything we build is made from the page editor's sections and the theme editor's settings, so you can change any of it yourself.
