About Plans, Billing and Design

What is the first month offer?

Set up AutoPay (UPI AutoPay, a card or an e-mandate) for a monthly plan before your trial ends and your first month costs ₹1 + GST. From the second month you pay the plan's normal monthly price, and you can cancel at any time. It is once per account and for monthly plans; yearly plans keep their own saving and free store design.

Are prices with or without GST?

Prices are shown without GST. 18% GST is added, and you get a GST invoice you can claim if you are registered.

How does the free store design work?

The first yearly payment of a store includes its package: Quick Start with Starter, Brand Store with Growth, Signature Store with Scale and Marketplace. You follow the job in Billing, see the mockups in your admin and approve them before we build.

I pay monthly. Do I get the design if I switch to yearly?

Yes, once per store, from your first yearly payment.

Can I buy a design without a yearly plan?

Yes. Any package can be bought on its own from Billing, at its one-time price, on any plan.

Do you take a share of my sales?

No. Mercayo takes no fee on your orders on any plan. Online payments go to your own Razorpay account, which charges its own fee.

How do I pay for a plan?

By UPI AutoPay or a card through Razorpay from Billing in your admin, or by bank transfer or UPI against a GST invoice. Every payment gets a GST invoice.

What if I send more messages than my plan includes?

They are paid from a prepaid wallet you top up, at close to what they cost us. Your wallet balance never expires while your store is open.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, from Billing in your admin. An upgrade starts at once with credit for the unused days. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period.

How is the Marketplace plan charged?

The plan includes 100 sellers; each seller beyond them is ₹49/month. Mercayo takes no fee on orders: the commission you set on your sellers is yours.
