When a seller sends a product from their panel, it waits on Products › Product Approvals under Waiting. It is not on your store until you approve it.
Approving
Open a product to see its photos, price, variants, category and seller, or open it in the product editor. APPROVE puts it live at once. Select several rows to approve them together.
Sending Back
SEND BACK asks for a change: write what to change, and the seller gets your note by email and on the product in their panel. Products sent back wait under Sent Back until the seller sends them again.
When You Do Not Review
Turn off Approve sellers' products at the foot of Products › Sellers, and a seller's product goes live as soon as they publish it. A paused seller's products never go live.
What to Check Before You Approve

After Approval
An approved product stays live while the seller keeps changing its photos, prices and stock from their panel. The seller may pause it and put it live again. When you pause the seller on Products › Sellers, all their live products leave your store until you reinstate them.
