The Offer Report shows how one discount did: "How this offer did, from confirmed orders: orders, sales and what it gave." Use it to judge a festival code, compare an influencer's code with your other orders, or decide whether "Buy 2, get 1 free" earned its keep. The same page holds the offer's Card Label, the short label it can show on product cards. Open it from an offer in Marketing › Discounts: press REPORT at the top of the Discount Editor (on a phone, under More Actions).
Seeing the report needs the right to see discounts and, for its sales figures, the right to see analytics or orders. The owner, admins and the Marketer role have both. Without the second right the page says "Sales figures need the analytics or orders right. Ask the store owner to add it to your role." and shows only the card label.

The Top of the Page
The page is titled with the offer's name, under a Discounts link back to the list. OPEN OFFER opens it in the editor.
The Date Range
Choose Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days (the default), Last 90 Days, This Month or Custom. For Custom, set From and To and press APPLY: "Choose a start before the end, at most 366 days apart." Days are India time days. The range is kept in the page address, so a shared link or the back button opens the same days.
The Four Figures
The card is titled with the days shown ("1 Oct to 30 Oct (India time)") and carries EXPORT CSV.
| Figure | What It Is |
|---|---|
| Orders | Confirmed orders in these days that used this offer |
| Sales | Those orders' totals: "Sales are the orders' totals, with delivery and tax. Cancelled orders are left out and counted below." |
| Discount Given | What this offer took off those orders, goods and delivery together. Only this offer's own amount, never the order's other discounts. |
| Average Order | Sales divided by Orders |
With no order in the range: No Orders in These Days, "No confirmed order used this offer between these dates. Try a longer range."
Average Order with and Without
"This offer's orders beside your other orders in the same days." With This Offer and Other Orders each show the average order and how many orders it is based on, then a line in words: "Orders with this offer were ₹240 bigger on average.", "…smaller on average.", or "Not enough orders on both sides to compare yet."
A bigger average order with the offer often means its minimum or bundle is pulling shoppers up. It is a comparison, not proof: festive weeks, ads and your other offers move it too.
Who Used It

"By checkout phone number: new means their first order." Four counts:
- New Shoppers: their first order with your store
- Returning Shoppers: they had ordered before
- Cash on Delivery
- Paid Online
A first-order code should show nearly all new shoppers. A big Cash on Delivery share on a high-value code is worth watching for returns.
By Day
"Orders and discount given each day." A bar chart shows the discount given on every day of the range. Under it, a table lists the days with orders, newest first: Day, Orders, Sales and Given. The first 14 days show; SHOW ALL 45 DAYS opens the rest, SHOW FEWER DAYS folds them again.
Top Products
"Where this offer took the most off." Up to five products, with Product, Units and Given, counted from the offer's own share of each line. Before any order: "Products show here once orders use this offer."
The Notes at the Foot
- Cancelled orders: "3 cancelled orders in these days had used it; their uses were given back."
- The offer's whole life: "Since it started: 212 orders, ₹31,480 given."
How to Export the Report
- Choose the range.
- Press EXPORT CSV.
The file has one row per day of the range with Day, Orders, Sales and Discount given, and a Total row. Amounts are in rupees with paise. It opens in Excel or Google Sheets, with the words of your admin.
The Card Label
"A short label on product cards and the product page. Prices stay the product's own; the offer comes off in the bag."
| Field | What It Does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Show a label for this offer | Switch this offer's label on or off | On |
| Label Words | Your own words: "Leave empty to use the words in the preview. One line, at most 24 characters." | Empty (the generated words) |
| Preview | The label as cards show it |
Press SAVE LABEL: "Label saved. Your store's pages show it within a few seconds." A line says whether pages show it now ("Shown now on 48 products.") or why not:
- "Codes are never labels: a shopper has to type them."
- "Order and delivery offers are not labels: they would be on every card. Add-on prices show on product pages."
- "An offer for some shoppers or some hours is not a label: pages are the same for everyone."
- "Not shown now: the offer is not live (a draft, scheduled, ended or used up), or its kind is switched off."
- "Switched off for this offer."
- "Offer labels are switched off for the store in Settings."
For a code, an order or delivery offer, or an offer with conditions, the label fields are hidden: such an offer can never be a label. Changing the label needs the right to edit discounts: "You can see this label; changing it needs the discounts edit right." Saving a label never interrupts someone editing the offer. The labels themselves are explained in Automatic Offers.
How to Compare Two Influencers
- Give each influencer their own code discount (or their own one-time codes, see Discount Codes).
- Open each offer's report for the same range, such as Last 30 Days.
- Compare Orders, Average Order, Discount Given and New Shoppers. An influencer whose code brings new shoppers at a bigger average order is worth more than one whose code goes to your existing customers.
Good to Know
- Only confirmed goods orders count; unpaid online orders and cancelled ones do not. Cancelled orders are counted apart in the note.
- Figures are taken from what each order recorded when it was placed, so changing the offer later never rewrites its past.
- Discount Given includes delivery charges the offer waived.
- The store-wide view of discounts, across offers, is the summary on the Discounts list and the reports in Reports.
- Kosha is a demo store: the figures in the pictures are sample data.
Questions
Why does the report show fewer orders than the Used column in the list?
Used counts every use since the offer started; the report counts confirmed orders in the chosen days only. Change the range to see more.
Does Sales include delivery and GST?
Yes. Sales are the orders' totals, with delivery and tax.
Can I see which customers used a code?
The report counts them as new or returning, without names. For one-time codes, each used code shows its order number in the One-Time Codes card of the editor, and that order's page shows its discount (see Order Page).
Why can't I see the sales figures?
Your role needs the right to see analytics or orders as well as discounts. Ask the store owner.
How long a range can I choose?
Up to 366 days.
