"Free delivery above ₹499" is one of the simplest ways to lift your average order. Mercayo can do it in two ways; pick one.
| Way | Best For |
|---|---|
| A rate's Free Above amount (Shipping and Delivery) | Free delivery as a permanent part of your prices, possibly different per zone |
| A free delivery offer (Discounts) | Free delivery for a while (a festival week), for a code, or for some shoppers |
Way 1: Free Above on Your Rates
- Open Settings › Shipping and Delivery.
- Under Rates, press EDIT on each rate (or ADD RATE).
- Type the Free Above (₹) amount, for example
499. "A bag at or above this ships free." - Save. The Shoppers Get line now says, for example, "Standard delivery: ₹49 for 0–1,000 g in every other state; free above ₹499".
- Repeat for each method and zone you want it on. A far zone can have a higher threshold (for example ₹999 to the North East).
The amount compares with the bag after discounts, so a shopper whose code takes the bag below ₹499 pays delivery again. Check it with Test a PIN Code: type a PIN, a weight and a Bag Value (₹); the result says "Free above ₹499" when it applies. See Shipping and Delivery.
Way 2: A Free Delivery Offer
- Open Marketing › Discounts and create a discount whose saving is free delivery.
- Make it automatic (no code) for everyone, or give it a code such as
FREESHIP. - Set its minimum (for example a bag of at least ₹499) and, if you like, start and end dates.
- Decide whether it combines with your other offers.
See the discount editor. Delivery offers can also take an amount or a percentage off delivery, or set a delivery price, when Delivery Discounts is on in Discount Settings.
What Shoppers See
- In the bag and at checkout, delivery shows as Free once the bag reaches the amount.
- With a rate's Free Above amount and Free Delivery Progress on (Theme editor, Bag & Checkout), the bag and checkout say how much more unlocks it: "Add ₹120 more for free delivery." A free delivery offer does not show this line.
- Rewards tiers can also give free delivery above an amount to members (see Rewards).

Yes, with Way 1: set Free Above only on the rates of those zones.
