We chose a simpler deal: a monthly plan, and nothing taken from your orders. The payment gateway still charges its own fee on online payments (it goes to them, not us).
Messages at Cost
Order updates by email, SMS and WhatsApp cost real money to send. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; beyond it, messages are paid from a prepaid wallet at close to what they cost us. You see every message and its price in your statement.
What This Means for You
Your cost of selling on Mercayo is the plan, plus the messages you choose to send. Nothing hides in your order value.
