Many stores run on one platform. The most important promise we make is that one store can never see another's orders, customers or settings.
Enforced by the Database
Most platforms keep stores apart in their application code. We do that, and the database enforces it as well: every table that holds a store's data has a rule that only rows of the store making the request can be read or changed. A mistake in code cannot show one store's data to another; the database refuses.
Tested, Every Time
Our automated tests try to read across stores on every change, and they were proven to fail when a rule was deliberately broken.
Secrets Stay Sealed
Payment keys are stored encrypted, bound to their store, and are never shown again after you save them.
Support Only with a Trace
When our team needs to look at your admin, it uses a single-use link that lasts at most 8 hours, and you see every session and what changed.
